Returning an Item

30-Day Easy Returns
At LINKlLighting, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via our "Contact Us" page, and we will provide you with a printable return label and assist you with the process.

Please note that orders placed beyond 30 days are not eligible for return. Additionally, any faulty or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Terms and conditions apply.

Custom Orders
Please be aware that custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the personalised nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom-made items.

Return Costs
The cost of returning items varies based on their size, weight, and value. Typical return costs are as follows:

  • Small Items (under 1 metre and/or under £80): £3.95
  • Large Items (1 metre and over and/or over £80): £6.95

Refund Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

When Will I Be Refunded?
You will receive an email confirming your return. Your refund will be processed within 5 days of this confirmation and should appear in your account within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.

Terms and Conditions

  • If you decide to return your purchase, it must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Returns, unless faulty, should be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original debit, credit, or charge card used for purchase.
  • Unwanted items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition with all packaging and labels intact, unless they are faulty.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Can I exchange a product?

Warranty Replacements:

If your product is under warranty and malfunctions, we'll happily replace it with the same item.

Exchanging for a Different Item:

Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges for different products. However, it's easy to swap for something else:

  1. Simply return your original item for a full refund.
  2. Then, place a new order for the product you'd prefer.
